SEDA, a Layer 1 for programmable oracle infrastructure, has officially integrated with MANTRA Chain, thereby enabling developers access to over 11 million symbols across various data types, including US equities, commodities, crypto, private equity, real estate, and more.
In the rapidly evolving world of decentralized applications (dApps) and real world tokenization, programmable access to real world data is paramount. Traditional oracle solutions often don’t provide the flexibility, efficiency, speed, and customization that modern applications demand. SEDA, however, was designed to bridge this gap, particularly for developers focused upon real world assets and applications.
Choosing SEDA
Unlike traditional oracles that offer a set list of predefined data feeds, SEDA empowers developers to create custom Oracle Programs that can be tailored to an application's specific data needs for any data type. SEDA’s modular architecture offers programmable oracle infrastructure for bespoke TradFI assets across ETFs, equities, commodities and Pre-IPO stock. SEDA enables MANTRA developers to query any public API or a full suite of premium data sources following execution instructions defined by the application.
Additionally, SEDA's unique Oracle Programs allow developers to specify; what data is needed, where the data should be sourced from, and how the data should be filtered, aggregated, and returned. Once built, these Oracle Programs are deployed to the SEDA network. When a data request is made, the corresponding Oracle Program is executed, ensuring that the data is retrieved and processed according to the developer's predefined custom logic.
Developers can access SEDA, via SEDA Core, a fully onchain permissionless end-to-end design, or via SEDA Fast for hyper-performant low-latency programmable feeds. SEDA’s dual approach enables developers to access data in their desired format while retaining SEDA’s full suite of programmable tooling. Additionally through SEDA custom feeds can be deployed in seconds, eliminating blockers and allowing developers to control their roadmap, launching new markets on demand. Lastly, SEDA is designed to be developer first, allowing builders to manage their own oracle requirements when and as needed, removing innovation barriers faced with traditional oracle models.
The Additional Benefits of SEDA for Real World Assets
SEDA provides developers with programmable oracle infrastructure that can fetch, process, and deliver high-fidelity RWA data onchain, including real-time price feeds and corporate actions. RWA builders can access their own sources, any public endpoint or a suite of premium providers including DxFeeds, Nobi Labs and Blocksize to consume the necessary data points for their use case. Unlike traditional oracles that offer fixed price feeds, SEDA allows for dynamic, custom-built data feeds to create dynamic RWA tokens (dRWAs) that reflect real world events and allow for use cases like 24/7 stock trading and other complex financial applications. Example logic within an Oracle Program could include triggering onchain stock splits, native KYC and AML instructions, or dynamic balancing of collateral or baskets based on IRL events such as fed rate adjustments.
Through SEDA’s programmable oracle infrastructure developers can create custom Oracle Programs, or "instructions," that define how data is fetched, filtered, and processed specifically for RWA needs. Developers can use these programmable feeds to create dynamic RWAs (dRWAs) that respond to real world triggers and mimic market conditions, moving beyond simple synthetic price reflections. Where traditional oracles reflect an asset's price, SEDA reflects the entire asset context, including its IRL environment. This means tokens aren’t just reflections of their real world counterparts price, but can now bring them fully on-chain — powered by SEDA and MANTRA.
SEDA is already powering the data feeds of ElevexAi, a tokenized real estate investment platform and member of the RWAcclerator. With enhanced functionality and developer centric infrastructure, this approach marks a significant shift in how oracles function within the blockchain ecosystem. By providing a programmable and flexible infrastructure, SEDA ensures that MANTRA developers are not constrained by predefined data feeds and can build with freedom to deploy bespoke applications.
We are excited to have SEDA join MANTRA’s ecosystem, and see how MANTRA developers will lead the next wave of novel RWA applications.
SEDA’s integration with MANTRA Chain is now live.
